**Cancellation Policy**

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment:

  – Eligible for a free reschedule.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment (or during):

  – No refund. Payments are non-refundable.

• No-show/no-entry appointments will be treated as a late cancellation with no refund. Payments are non-refundable.

**Safety & Conduct**

The Maids are instructed to maintain professionalism, respect,

and safe work practices at all times. Any inappropriate behavior,

harassment, or an unsafe environment may result in the Maids leaving

the property and the appointment being canceled without refund. Payments are non-refundable.

**Privacy & Secure Information Handling**

• Your personal information (name, address, contact details, preferences) is kept strictly confidential and used only for scheduling and service purposes.
• The Maids will never access personal belongings, documents, or private areas without permission.

**Pet & Environment Safety**

Please secure pets during the cleaning. Service may be refused without

refund if conditions are unsafe (aggressive animals, hazardous areas,

unsanitary environments). The Maids must be able to work safely

without risk. Payments are non-refundable.
